Açaí

The Açaí berry comes from the Amazon region in Brazil and is the fruit of the Euterpe oleracea palm. For many years, the berry has been considered one of the most nutritious superfoods in South America, and for good reason. Its has a particularly high content of antioxidants, as well as levels of calcium, vitamin D3, iron and magnesium. In addition, Açaí is very low on fructose and therefore carbohydrates. Acerola

Acerola is a cherry from Central and South America and is one of the three best sources of vitamin C that can be found on our beloved planet earth. Alfalfa

Alfalfa has its roots in Asia and is one of the most popular crops in the legume family. The high number of minerals and vitamins gives the plant its name, which translated from Arabic means "father of all food". Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is a plant from the nightshade family. The root of the plant is a widely used Ayurvedic staple that originated in India. Thus, the root makes the body more resistant to stress.

Baobab

Camu Camu

Camu Camu is the fruit with the highest vitamin C content in the world. For comparison: Camu Camu contains about 50 times more vitamin C than an orange. This makes the fruit particularly suitable for counteracting symptoms associated with vitamin C deficiency, such as promoting immunity. It grows in the Amazon region in Peru, Bolivia, northern Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela.

Carob

Carob is the fruit from the Carob tree and is considered an ideal substitute for chocolate. Carob contains a lot of fiber and has significantly fewer calories than cocoa. It's also less bitter than cocoa and has a caramel-like taste, which allows it to replace cocoa in a variety of dishes and pastries. Carob also contains iron, calcium and is rich in vitamins A and B2.

Chaga

Chaga is a medicinal mushroom and has its origin in China and northern Siberia. In traditional Russian medicine, Chaga has been used for thousands of years to treat stomach and intestinal disorders and to cleanse the body of toxins.
