Super simple & delicious muffins with mild matcha flavor & white chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons Matcha Focus
- 180 g wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g melted butter
- 130 g sugar
- 1 organic egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 125 ml milk
- 50 g greek yogurt
- white chocolate chips
Method:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Matcha Focus powder, flour and baking powder.
- In a larger bowl, beat together sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and egg with a mixer on medium speed until creamy, about 3 minutes.
- Now stir in the Greek yoghurt and milk alternating between the two.
- Slowly stir in the flour-matcha mix until the dough is smooth.
- Now add white chocolate chips to the dough as desired and stir carefully.
- Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins and sprinkle with the remaining white chocolate chips.
- Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
- Let them cool briefly before removing. That's it, enjoy!
