Matcha Muffins mit weißer Schokolade

White chocolate matcha muffins

Super simple & delicious muffins with mild matcha flavor & white chocolate chips.


Ingredients:

  • 3 teaspoons Matcha Focus
  • 180 g wheat flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 125 ml milk
  • 50 g greek yogurt
  • white chocolate chips 

 

Method:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Matcha Focus powder, flour and baking powder.
  2. In a larger bowl, beat together sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and egg with a mixer on medium speed until creamy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Now stir in the Greek yoghurt and milk alternating between the two.
  4. Slowly stir in the flour-matcha mix until the dough is smooth.
  5. Now add white chocolate chips to the dough as desired and stir carefully.
  6. Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins and sprinkle with the remaining white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake the muffins at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. 
  8. Let them cool briefly before removing. That's it, enjoy!
