The perfect refreshment for hot summer days. Lemon sorbet with an energy boost for in between meals.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Inner Energy
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 5 lemons, juice and zest
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- 500 ml water
- Ice cube tray
Method:
- Put the sugar, lemon zest and lemongrass in a pan with 200 ml of water.
- While stirring, bring the ingredients to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then strain the liquid and add lemon juice, 1 tsp of Inner Energy superfood blend as well as the remaining 300 ml of water.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray and into the freezer.
- As soon as the mixture is frozen, put the ice cubes in the blender and crush until you get a granité.
