Ingwer Kurkuma Energy Balls

Ginger Turmeric Bliss Balls

A warming & colorful snack for the cold season.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Inner Energy
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Golden Sahara
  • 100 g medjool dates
  • 50 g almonds
  • 1 EL cashew butter
  • 1 pinch of salt 

 

Method: 

  1. Remove the pits from the dates and chop them in a blender or food processor.
  2. Then add all remaining ingredients to the blender/food processor with the dates and blend until combined and smooth.
  3. If the dough is too dry, you can add some plant-based milk until the dough becomes a little stickier.
  4. Now moisten your hands and form balls about the size of a walnut.
  5. If you want, you can roll the bliss balls through sesame seeds or coconut flakes.
