A warming & colorful snack for the cold season.
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Inner Energy
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Golden Sahara
- 100 g medjool dates
- 50 g almonds
- 1 EL cashew butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Method:
- Remove the pits from the dates and chop them in a blender or food processor.
- Then add all remaining ingredients to the blender/food processor with the dates and blend until combined and smooth.
- If the dough is too dry, you can add some plant-based milk until the dough becomes a little stickier.
- Now moisten your hands and form balls about the size of a walnut.
- If you want, you can roll the bliss balls through sesame seeds or coconut flakes.
