A hot chocolate for feel-good moments in winter - and full of nutrients.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Breeze
- 100 ml water
- 200 ml plant-based or cow's milk
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
Method:
1. Add 1 tbsp of Cocoa Breeze to a cup.
2. Bring the water to the boil and pour over the Cocoa Breeze powder while gently stirring.
3. Heat the (plant-based) milk and froth with an electric whisk or milk frother.
4. Pour the milk foam over the Cocoa Breeze water and sweeten with a little honey or agave syrup if desired.
Tip: If you're looking to make this hot cocoa a bit more special, you can add a few marshmallows on top as well as a cinnamon stick for stirring. Now sip and enjoy!
