Passion Fruit Bowl

A delicious breakfast packed with superfoods, natural proteins & healthy fatty acids.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Inner Energy
  • 75 g oats
  • 350 ml plant-based milk (unsweetened)
  • 50 g passion fruit pulp
  • banana slices
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, mix the rolled oats with plant-based milk and cook over a medium heat for approx. 4-6 minutes & stir often so that nothing sticks to the bottom.
  2. Remove from the heat & stir in 1 teaspoon of Inner Energy.
  3. Stir the passion fruit pulp into the oat mix in a bowl.
  4. Garnish with cashew butter, chia seeds, linseed & banana slices.
