A delicious breakfast packed with superfoods, natural proteins & healthy fatty acids.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Inner Energy
- 75 g oats
- 350 ml plant-based milk (unsweetened)
- 50 g passion fruit pulp
- banana slices
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
Method:
- In a small saucepan, mix the rolled oats with plant-based milk and cook over a medium heat for approx. 4-6 minutes & stir often so that nothing sticks to the bottom.
- Remove from the heat & stir in 1 teaspoon of Inner Energy.
- Stir the passion fruit pulp into the oat mix in a bowl.
- Garnish with cashew butter, chia seeds, linseed & banana slices.
