This sauce is great for dipping crudités, drizzling over roasted vegetables, or as a light alternative to meat sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Green Dream
- 1 lemon
- ½ bunch of chives
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
- ½ bunch of chervil
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp capers
Method:
- Peel the zest from half a lemon and squeeze the lemon.
- Wash, dry, pat and finely chop the herbs.
- Mix the herbs, Green Dream superfood blend, olive oil, capers and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Season to taste and add another drizzle of olive oil for texture if necessary.
