A must have ayurvedic staple.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Golden Sahara
- 250 ml oat or rice milk
- ½ tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil them briefly.
- Let the golden milk simmer over low heat for another two minutes.
- Then you can froth the golden milk with a milk frother to your liking and garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
