These chocolate energy balls provide you with nutrients at any time of the day so you can stay fit and focused.
Ingredients (for 8 – 10 balls) :
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Breeze
- 150 g dried figs
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- coconut flakes (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- The dough is ready when it's oily and sticky.
- Now wet your hands and form walnut sized balls.
- You can roll the Energy Balls in coconut flakes to make them less sticky on the outside.
- The Energy Balls stay fresh in the fridge in a sealed Tupperware for up to 7 days.
