Choc Energy Balls

These chocolate energy balls provide you with nutrients at any time of the day so you can stay fit and focused.

 

Ingredients (for 8 – 10 balls) :

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Breeze
  • 150 g dried figs
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • coconut flakes (optional)

 

Method:

    1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
    2. The dough is ready when it's oily and sticky.
    3. Now wet your hands and form walnut sized balls.
    4. You can roll the Energy Balls in coconut flakes to make them less sticky on the outside.
    5. The Energy Balls stay fresh in the fridge in a sealed Tupperware for up to 7 days.
