Berry Blossom energy balls – for a natural energy boost
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Berry Blossom
- 100 g Medjoul dates, dried and pitted
- 50 g of raisins
- 50 g of walnuts
- 50 g oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- coconut flakes (optional)
Method:
- Briefly chop the oats in a blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
- The dough is ready when it's oily and sticky.
- Now wet your hands and form walnut sized balls.
- Optionally, you can roll the Energy Balls in coconut flakes to make them less sticky on the outside.
- The Energy Balls will stay fresh in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 7 days.
