Berry Blossom Energy Balls

Berry Blossom energy balls – for a natural energy boost

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Berry Blossom
  • 100 g Medjoul dates, dried and pitted
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 50 g oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • coconut flakes (optional)

 

Method:

    1. Briefly chop the oats in a blender.
    2. Add all remaining ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
    3. The dough is ready when it's oily and sticky.
    4. Now wet your hands and form walnut sized balls.
    5. Optionally, you can roll the Energy Balls in coconut flakes to make them less sticky on the outside.
    6. The Energy Balls will stay fresh in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 7 days.
