Berry Blossom Bowl

A tasty and healthy breakfast bowl that will impress your guest and ensure an energized start of the day!

 

Ingredients (serves 1 bowl):

  • 1 tsp Berry Blossom
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 50 g porridge oats
  • 100 ml almond or rice milk
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • date syrup
  • 1 handful of granola (to serve)
  • raspberries, blackberries and banana slices (to serve)

 

Method:

1. Mix the berry blossom superfood powder, banana, porridge oats, almond or rice milk, frozen raspberries and date syrup in a blender until creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle half of the surface with granola.
3. Now arrange the raspberries and blackberries lengthwise on the other half of the bowl.
4. That's it, now enjoy! You can always use any other berries or fruits to garnish your bowl.
