Lavendel Smoothie

Lavender Smoothie

An anti-stress elixir to relax, switch off and enjoy.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Berry Blossom
  • 1 tsp dried lavender flowers
  • 50 ml water
  • ½ banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 100 g of yogurt, plant-based or milk-based
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp shelled hemp seeds

 

Method:

    1. Boil water with the dried lavender flowers in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
    2. Put the lavender water through a sieve so that the lavender flowers are filtered out.
    3. Then chill the lavender water in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
    4. Now blend the lavender water with the remaining ingredients in a blender until all ingredients are smooth and well mixed.
    5. Serve in a glass and optionally garnish with lavender flowers or grated dark chocolate.
    TIP: Lavender is known for its calming effect on the mind and body. This smoothie is therefore perfect for winding down and getting a nutrient booster at the same time.
