An anti-stress elixir to relax, switch off and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Berry Blossom
- 1 tsp dried lavender flowers
- 50 ml water
- ½ banana
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 100 g of yogurt, plant-based or milk-based
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp shelled hemp seeds
Method:
- Boil water with the dried lavender flowers in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
- Put the lavender water through a sieve so that the lavender flowers are filtered out.
- Then chill the lavender water in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
- Now blend the lavender water with the remaining ingredients in a blender until all ingredients are smooth and well mixed.
- Serve in a glass and optionally garnish with lavender flowers or grated dark chocolate.
