Matcha Yogurt Bowl

We love easy, delicious & healthy recipes - and this matcha yogurt bowl takes it all.

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ - 1 tsp Matcha Focus (depending on how intense you like the taste of matcha)
  • 250 g (plant-based) yogurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • coconut flakes

 

Method:

1. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and sift the Matcha Focus powder into the yogurt to avoid any lumps.
2. Slowly stir in the Matcha Focus powder until it completely dissolves.
3. Then add the maple syrup and mix until well combined.
4. Slice the banana and garnish the yoghurt with the banana slices, blueberries and shredded coconut. 

 

Tip: You can use any toppings you like for your matcha yoghurt bowl. The combination with coconut flakes and blueberries is just our very own favorite, but it doesn't have to be yours!
